We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your home cleaning product, we offer returns within 7 to 10 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used cleaning products.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request a photo and will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Return Process
